October 14, 2016: We’re back on the road, and it’s spectacular.

September 12, 2016: From Denver we headed northeast towards Minnesota. Having made that drive a few times, we know that the best scenery en route is in South Dakota.

September 2, 2016: Leaving New Mexico*, we entered southern Colorado. Not surprisingly, more amazing vistas:

August 27, 2016: Decades ago we drove through New Mexico, but other than a quick romp through White Sands, we didn’t get out and see anything. We recently had the opportunity to see a little more of this beautiful state.

July 12, 2016: Our Minnesota readers will mostly be quite familiar with the territory covered, but the rest of you may find some surprises.

June 6, 2016: Continuing our journey north, we drove to Teotihuacan, a huge ruin site about an hour outside Mexico City.

June 1, 2016: On Monday, May 16, we made our way from Cholula into the neighboring city of Puebla.

May 26, 2016: No, the van has not fallen into a giant vat of hot sauce. We are talking about the Mexican city by the same name.
